As a key member of our Enterprise Technology group, you’ll play a critical part in shaping the future of mobility. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant on the program, the ideal candidate will enjoy solving complex problems, have strong interpersonal skills, and a desire for continuous improvement. The consultant will be a member of North America Contact Center Omnichannel team. This team supports the Omnichannel experiences used by our agents and dealers to communicate with our customers. The consultant will enhance and support the tools and technologies our customers use to connect.
Responsibilities
+ Design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements to existing code to improve and/or maintain Dynamics 365
+ Configure Omnichannel flows and experiences for Chat, SMS, Voice, and more
+ Work with business users to identify needs and apply or propose appropriate technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
+ Create, implement, and maintain technical documentation for Dynamics 365
+ Diagnose and triage technical errors, data issues, and performance challenges
+ Proactively provide feedback throughout the Agile journey, seeking for continuous process improvement
Skills Required:
+ C#, JavaScript, Azure Cloud logic apps, web apps Microsoft CoPilot experience Microsoft Omnichannel for Customer Service
Skills Preferred:
+ Microsoft PVA or CoPilot exerience
Experience Required:
+ 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service Workspace) Proven excellence in designing customer-centric channel experiences
Experience Preferred:
+ Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure, AI
Education Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
Education Preferred:
+ Microsoft Dynamics Certification
