Position:  Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist

Location:  Remote, requires up to 95% national travel 

Employment Type:  Full-Time

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 a year

 

It is an exhilarating time of growth for USPh, and we are currently hiring an Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist with good consulting skills, technical ability, and business acumen to join our expanding team. Your role will be critical in helping us deploy and migrate to the M365 platform, contributing significantly to our growth. This may include Teams, OneDrive for Business, and other Microsoft Cloud Services. As a subject matter expert, you will ensure end users are comfortable with the new equipment and Microsoft 365 services during migration.

 

As the MS365 Migration Specialist, you will travel nationwide 95% of the time. This role can be located anywhere in the United States, with a preference for Houston, TX.

 

Responsibilities: 

Install equipment and software to comply with USPh standardsOnboarding computers and users to Microsoft 365 following company standards.Installing preconfigured network equipment in a neat and organized mannerProvide support for all Information Technology products and services. This may include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, teaching or instructing customers regarding software or hardware functionality and communicating policy. Additionally, it may involve troubleshooting issues and resolving difficulties not listedDetermines the most effective manner to resolve customer's technical issues; engages in research and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical problems.Verifies that suggested solutions effectively resolve the users' problems through verbal or email follow-up

 

Qualifications:

1+ year of IT experience.Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar.Ability to research solutions or information regarding technical issues.Familiarity with a wide range of standard office automation productsProficiency in English to provide practical phone, desk-side, and email support.Heavy travel is required for this position to any of the 700+ USPh clinics.Lifting and carrying 50 lbs. or more and pushing and pulling carts when necessarySpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusManual skill in typing and using the 10-key calculator is required
