Your Key Responsibilities Strategy and Planning -: Responsible for developing & implementation of the business Division’s mid-term and long-term strategy in order to achieve the growth & profitability targets as agreed with the Global & regional stake holders/Managment Strategy in Focused region India/SEA

Identify megatrends and expectations of customers across the region & find synergies with common customers in the 3 subregions in Asia pacific for the future to develop business strategy & drive PDCA cycle towards the execution of the strategy

Market analysis and strategy to overview market size, market share,

competition situation in order to identify major focusses in the business development and key customers as well as key projects.

Responsibility for Plant, Investments & Footprint strategy -:

Responsible for developing Midterm & long-term best cost footprint strategy for Asia Pacific as per e Global Business requirement. Investment realization as per the Budget planning

Project Management:

Project Managment as per the timeline for the Best Cost Automotive Bearings Footprint in Asia Pacific

Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above on engineering related major 10 years plus experience with team management 15 years plus experience within industry Manufacturing and/or quality and/or engineering experience
