Mgr-Studio Operations

Your Impact

The primary purpose of the Manager, Studio Operations is to ensure consistent, repeatable and efficient execution of the day to day set and design needs of the Lowe's Product Content Studio while maintaining the full management

for the assigned Studio Team. The primary focus of this role is to manage all logistical processes in relation to the operations of the Studio (i.e. sample acquisition, prop logistics, set build logistics, internal and external Studio

workflow processes, Project scheduling, Production oversight, other operational processes). This role works in tight collaboration/coordination with the Senior Manager and Director roles to assure adherence to Studio quality

standards and SLA's.

What you will do


•Defines strategy for Studio Operations alongside Senior Manager and ensures all Studio operations and executions align to overarching Studio strategy.
•Responsible for all project plans and ensuring completion within budget for meeting all SLA’s and quality standards.
•Oversees the development of processes and execution of all Studio workflows to deliver maximum efficiencies.
•Sets expectations with their team, juggling competing resources and priorities to successfully manage content production needs and enterprise initiatives.
•Maintains a deep understanding of all internal systems, applications and data points in order to maintain and deliver results and reporting.
•Coordinates and synchronizes Studio operations to create images, videos, spins, A+ content, 3D assets and any other needed content/assets.
•Manages a team of Studio Production personnel and enables an environment of fast paced high-quality output with top level team engagement.

Required Qualifications


•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent studies
•7+ Years of experience in a Commercial Photography Studio
•5+ Years of experience as either a Photographer, Videographer, Producer
•1+ Years of proven experience in Management/Lead role in Studio Operations

Preferred Qualifications


•Master's Degree
•2 Years of experience in a Retail Studio in Management/Lead role
