Summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Mgr Programs 3 to support C5ISR Modernization projects at Ft. Liberty. The selected candidate will work closely with a team of engineers, designers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. This role will be critical to the organization and aid with developing & delivering cutting-edge technologies/solutions to protect national security. 

What You Will Do Direct and Oversee all aspects of a large DoD program focused on tactical communications architecture and IT enterprise modernization including system hardening, technology insertion and cloud migration through integration.   Program Focuses:  Communication hardware prototyping for new radios, transceivers, Satellite Communications (SATCOM) terminals, waveform development for Low Probability of Intercept (LPI) and Low Probability of Detection (LPD) technology, Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) aerial relay solutions, high altitude payloads, and deployable communication kits.    Innovative spectrum and bandwidth management as well as capabilities to design, develop, and modernize communications and data analytics at the tactical edge.  This includes network analytics capabilities, server modernization, data center modernization, cloud migration tools, network sustainment and logistics tools, Continuity of Operations (COOP) site development, and telecommunications infrastructure to allow for secure remote workstation migration. Network and system hardening, new cybersecurity tools, managed attribution tools for protected networks, privileged access solutions, and endpoint security to verify protection and defense of the Government’s enterprise, architecture and tactical networks. Enabling a modernization strategy through help desk modernization, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), cloud-based solutions, application and tool assessment, training of users on modernized technology, and emerging technology assessment to facilitate enterprise and tactical communications.  Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.  Directs the work of employees including management level assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. 
  What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.  Familiarity with the following concepts and terms: Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), Zero-trust architecture (ZTA), Enterprise Architecture (EA).  Active TS/SCI Clearance  Preferred: Bonus Points For Diverse program management experience with PMP preferred.
