The Maintenance and Facilities Manager plans and coordinates maintenance work as well as develops and manages improvement and capacity projects related to facility and site infrastructure and production support equipment. Expected to lead the maintenance and facilities group to achieve world class performance.

 

YOUR IMPACT

Oversee maintenance and facilities department and routine duties and tasks associated with general repair and upkeep of the facilities and its assets.

Provide technical expertise, costing, and project management for improvement projects in facility infrastructure, grounds, and production and production support equipment.

Develop and manage expense and capital budgets.

Research market for qualified suppliers of materials and services.

Develop and implement energy conservation and support safety projects.

Assist Finance with development of facility support operating budget and ensure compliance with established budget.

Oversee contracted services related to facility support and projects. 

High level of contractor management to meet expectations for safety, cost, timing, and quality.

Must be on-call to assist in expediting and monitoring emergency repairs and responding to building alarms.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or other field and demonstrated experience

Five(5) plus years of related work experience in manufacturing

Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, etc.

Ability to read and interpret building, equipment, and systems related documents to include schematics, operating manuals, prints, etc.

Sets a high expectation for sense of urgency, results, organization, and work quality in organization

Strong supplier negotiating skills

High level of problem solving ability

Supervisory experience

Demonstrated leadership ability

 

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and AutoCAD

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range:

$82,000.00 - $132,800.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
