MGR I HR PARTNER At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **Job Overview** TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives. **What your background should look like:** + **Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Adm or related field)** + **5 years supervisory experience** + **At least 1 year of experience as a manager.** **Skills:** • Solid understanding management model by competences. • Solid understanding Mexican employment laws, taxes and Payroll basics • Advanced level English language • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point **Competence:** • Multitasking and organization • Leadership • Customer oriented • Negotiative • Confidentiality • Multinational experience **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS:** • Participate in small/ medium HC of TE Mexico (Multisite) recruiting process for regular and temporary staff and incorporates staff according to the business units/areas requirements. • Oversee onboarding Process. • Supervise new employees, terminations and changes of employees. Check local documents are accurate. • Manage Small / Medium HC of TE Mexico (Multisite) compensation and benefits, Cafeteria & Transportation, Other specific Benefits (Back to school, birthday, Christmas, TE end of year week etc.), • Comp Analysis: salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job leveling. • Supervise Small / Medium HC of TE Mexico (Multisite) payroll process and post of salaries and benefits of the employees. Focal point with local suppliers. Respond to staff inquiries. • Work with managers and employees to address various employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests. • Collaborates in the implementation, training and follow-up of Global TE programs: renewal ethics guide, Performance Management, Variable Remuneration Plan, Engagement Survey, etc. • Support to managers in the action plan consistent with the survey and their responsibility to follow it. • Monitor internal communications. Manage myHR system, working close with HRSS.
