Overview Provides administrative financial support to the Radiology Administrative Director. Manages creation and monitoring of operating and capital budgets for all radiology cost centers and prepares reports. Participates in projects related to the acquisition, utilization, and distribution of equipment and Information Systems, as well as new departmental business initiatives. Budget preparation is in the range of $190 million revenue and $30 million expenses. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with three (3) years progressively responsible management experience in a health care field; OR a Master's degree in Business Administration or related discipline with one (1) year experience. Experience in budgetary management and/or Radiology is preferred. Must have strong analytical skills and competence in problem definition and strategy development for resolution. Must have ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives and to be self-directed. Working knowledge of medical terminology and understand of healthcare system dynamics required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Previous supervisory experience is desired.
