We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and help optimize our production processes. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing systems to ensuresafety, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production.

Responsibilities:Evaluate and analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvementDesign and develop new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to enhance productivity and qualityCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to resolve issues and implement solutionsConduct studies and experiments to test new manufacturing methods and equipmentDevelop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality control measuresProvide training and guidance to production personnel on new processes and equipmentEnsure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policiesPrepare technical specifications for the purchase or manufacture of new equipmentCollect and analyze production data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-makin

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mecatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar roleProficient in using engineering software, such as CAD, CAM, and PLMStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with quality control techniques and tools, such as SPC, FMEA, and Six SigmaAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specificationsExperience with automation and robotics in manufacturingKnowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing concepts
