Job Description
The Change Manager Specialist is responsible for the effective delivery of business change management activities across projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
NQF Level 7 (Degree) in HR, Strategic Management, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
5+ years experience leading organizational change initiatives.
Strong expertise in strategic change management across multiple business units.
Extensive experience in Financial Services, Consulting, Complex Environments.
Proven ability to drive large-scale, transformational change.

Responsible for the effective delivery of business change management activities across projects and initiatives. Ensures that the desired business outcomes are achieved and that the relevant stakeholders are ready and prepared for the change.ResponsibilitiesChange ManagementManage the development and/or delivery of a significant element of an organizational change management initiative for a substantial department/area.
Internal CommunicationsDevelop and/or deliver a plan for significant aspects of internal communications with guidance from senior colleagues.
Stakeholder ManagementDevelop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice.
Project Risk and Issue ManagementManage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating these matters where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these concerns.
Feasibility StudiesConduct complex feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective and document findings to complete cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to business processes, products, or business unit structure.
Horizon ScanningExplore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
Project Framework DesignDraft project- and program-management frameworks and tools, ensuring compliance with specified design principles.
Project Scope DefinitionPlan and lead the delivery of a range of information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation activities and specify, negotiate, and agree on project deliverables.
Continuous ImprovementReview existing operations in a major area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure the required continuous improvement outcomes are delivered.
Personal Capability BuildingAct as subject matter expert in an area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team.
