Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Metrology & Calibration Technician you will have a very important role in ensuring our equipment operates magnificently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Performing routine calibration and maintenance of electrical and electronic measuring instruments.Technically adhering to GMP and Quality standards throughout all processes.Efficiently implementing and maintaining calibration schedules for all equipment.Finding root causes of deviations and implementing corrective actions.Engaging with complementary teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.Ensuring all safety laws are followed and PPE is used appropriately.Job RequirementsWe are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Diploma in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, or a related technical degree.Confirmed expertise in electrical systems and components of production machinery.In-depth knowledge of measurement systems and electronic instruments like scales, temperature transducers, flow meters, and pressure transducers.PES-PAV certification and compliance with safety laws.Proficiency in major software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.Extensive experience in electrical maintenance of industrial plants and machinery.Strong experience in calibration, adjustment, and intervention methods for electrical-instrumental measurement systems in an industrial environment.
