Key Responsibilities: Lead metallurgical operations to optimize recovery and output at the Chrome Wash Plant Oversee metallurgical test work, process control, and troubleshooting to ensure efficiency Implement process improvements in gravity separation, spirals, and DMS Monitor and report on plant performance metrics, providing insights for senior management Conduct pilot tests and process trials to introduce new technologies Supervise and mentor junior metallurgists, technicians, and plant operators Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and enhance operations What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) 8–10 years of experience in a senior metallurgical role, ideally with chrome or PGM experience Proven ability to lead and optimize mineral processing operations Strong knowledge of gravity separation, DMS, spirals, and beneficiation techniques In-depth experience with laboratory analysis, process simulation, and performance monitoring Ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive process improvements Commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards Let me know if you need this in a different format or want any further tweaks!
