Job Description

The Metal Expert Engineer performs engineering work in operations, production, construction or maintenance environments. In charged of planning and designing manufacturing facilities and related structures.

General Responsability:

1.- Metal Expert, press, bending machines, dies, tools etc...
2.- Plan, install and improve different kind of Metal process.
3.- Support production in any topic related to metal process.
4.- Find solutions and improvements in collaboration with supplier  or with global support colleagues in the metal process.
5.- Generate standard (documentation include) for Metal Process.
6.- Collaborate with Maintenance, solving topic for metal process.
7.-Collaborate with develop department in order to improve products for simplify production process

QualificationsMechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent.  Bachelors level minimum.At least 5 years industry experience with related steels.Process knowledge of metals treatment.Self-starter and disciplined in follow-up on required tasks.Strong communication.  Ability to negotiate and resolve technical conflicts in a positive manner.Bi-lingual in Spanish and English.  Strong English skills (will require interfacing with native English-speaking colleagues, suppliers, and internal customers on a regular basis).
