Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Specialist
The Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Specialist will provide general administrative support throughout the complex merger and acquisition integration process. Team members will work collaboratively with our M&A Team and Functional Leaders to ensure targeted acquisition integration activities are completed on time. This is a part-time position where work is distributed on an intermittent, as needed basis.
What you’ll be doing:
· Assists in general accounting workflows such as, Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections.
· Processes Renewals, quotes contracts and loads opportunities.
· Works with the Field Operations team to transition workflows to Field Point/Astea.
· Assists the buying/planning team with inventory and purchasing activities.
· Provides recommendations for process improvements.
· Coordinates and supports integration activities with other M&A team members and functional team members to assure deadlines are attained.
· May be required to rotate and assist other functional areas outside of your expertise to assist with integration.
· NOTE: Duties may be diverse or focused, may change without notice, and will depend on critical need.
· Other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
· Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology platform, excel and or Field Point / Astea.
· Analytical skills to respond to non-standard processes that occur during the assimilation of acquisitions.
· Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication.
· Ability to self-motivate to achieve goals.
· Excellent business acumen.
· Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, have strong attention to and comfort with the details are also crucial to the role.
· Resourceful, intellectually versatile, persistent, and interpersonally skilled.
