The M&A Analyst will be a key member of the M&A team and play a prominent role in supporting all aspects of PT Solutions’ inorganic growth strategy,

from acquisition sourcing to deal completion. The M&A Analyst will have significant exposure to executive leadership and work cross-functionally with

relevant departments, primarily the Growth, Business Development, and Finance teams, to advance acquisition processes and other growth initiatives of the company.

 

This is a hybrid role here in Atlanta at the Battery.

 

Essential Functions

Perform initial assessment of potential acquisition opportunities, inclusive of financial, valuation, and strategic analysesConduct market research to assess and identify acquisition targetsMaintain and update acquisition database and current status of all opportunitiesAssist in the management, organization, and execution of diligence process of potential acquisitionsPrepare internal materials summarizing due diligence findings for deal approvalParticipate in weekly business development strategy sessionsAssist with the strategic planning process, development of presentation materials for the executive management team, and other ad hoc projects and initiativesOther duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities

Strong financial modelling and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to work across functionsStrong organization and project management skills (ability to manage multiple projects at once)Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordHighly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentHealthcare experience preferred but not a requirementExperience in valuation, corporate finance, leveraged finance, and/or acquisition due diligence processes

Required Credentials

Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred)Minimum 1 year of work experience (investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or accounting transaction advisory preferred)
