Mercury Marine Customer Experience Strategy Intern

Key duties may include gathering and organizing data to provide reporting on key metrics, support team members on specific assignments, and conduct competitive benchmarking on key customer experiences. This role will be instrumental in continuing to build relationships with internal and external customers while providing support across the department as needed. As a Customer Experience (CX) Intern you will: + Gather & organization operational & experiential data to build key metric reports. + Assist customer experience team in delivering programs that increase employee and customer adoption, satisfaction, and success with our products. + Play a supporting role on key customer experience implementation projects. + Research competitor experience to analyze enhancements and trends. + Provide ad hoc analysis and execute special projects as needed. + All other duties or projects as assigned. **Qualifications of a Successful Candidate:** + Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program with a major in business administration, marketing, or a related field + Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits + Availability to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) during the summer of 2025 + Proficient in Excel & Power Point + Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater + Permanent US Work Authorization required Mercury Marine is a world leading manufacturer of marine propulsion systems.
