Merchandising Supervisor

Position Responsibilities: The Merchandiser Supervisor is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards within a designated geographic area by increasing total supply chain efficiencies for our suppliers and leading a team of front-line employees to merchandise a diverse portfolio of products to key retail accounts As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will collaborate with the sales and delivery staff to improve processes and drive productivity while maintaining the highest levels of customer service satisfaction in retail accounts You will utilize lean management principles to assist with the training of all merchandisers with a focus on correct merchandising techniques, waste elimination, and Company policies and procedures You will review and analyze daily route plans and work assignments for proper workload distribution among Merchandisers You will utilize a software system for tracking, supporting, and re-routing Merchandiser services; prioritize assignments to meet sales, delivery, and customer demands Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 3 plus years of related experience with 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of related experience with 1 plus years of supervisory experience   Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
