Merchandising Associate – Grocery & Retail (EMEA Multi-Market)

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven **Merchandising Coordinator** to join Uber’s Grocery & Retail team. In this role, you’ll support merchandising execution across **11 countries in the EMEA region**, helping to build best-in-class consumer experiences and support the growth of Uber’s Grocery & Retail business.
Reporting to the **Senior Site Merchandising Manager**, you’ll play a critical role in executing campaigns, launching merchandising content, tracking performance, and supporting the rollout of new merchandising features and products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in category management, operations, and product to ensure consistent execution, high-quality content, and platform health across multiple markets.

**What You'll Do**
**Campaign Execution Across 11 Markets**
- Support the setup and launch of regional merchandising campaigns using internal tools
- Ensure campaign content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned to business objectives across multiple EMEA countries
- Partner with stakeholders to manage local calendars and coordinate campaign timelines
**Content Management & User Experience**
- Build and maintain personalized merchandising assets, including item collections, vertical feeds, and landing pages
- Ensure merchandising content is tailored to local market needs while maintaining global standards
- Help identify opportunities to improve in-app surfaces for user engagement and conversion
**Feature Enablement & Product Rollouts**
- Assist with the implementation of new merchandising products and features across all supported countries
- Monitor adoption and support issue resolution to ensure smooth rollouts and product parity across markets
**Performance Tracking & Reporting**
- Track and maintain dashboards to measure campaign and merchandising performance
- Monitor live data to uncover actionable insights and support performance reviews, that inform market strategy and execution
**What You'll Need**
- 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, content operations, e-commerce, marketing, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables in parallel
- Comfort with spreadsheets and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Effective communicator who can work across EMEA time zones and functions
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for improving customer experience through great execution
- Familiarity with the grocery, retail, or consumer-packaged goods industry is a plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional EMEA languages is a plus
