Overview:

Merchandise Sales Ambassadors are responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales by actively promoting and selling merchandise to guests at World of Fun. Some specific duties of a Merchandise Sales Ambassador may include:

Greeting guests and assisting them with their merchandise purchasesRecommending and upselling merchandise to guestsMaintaining a clean and organized work areaOperating a cash register and handling card transactions accuratelyRestocking merchandise as neededProviding a high level of guest service and responding to guest inquiries and concernsFollowing all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention
