Merchandise Design Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the Design Team with day-to-day tasks Responsible to issue all styles to the sample room timeously and to ensure they get done in time. To ensure all styles are costed and issued timeously Receiving and delivering BBS and Omni samples Making sure all fabric and trims arrive in time for all samples to process including sample bags  Day-to-day administration within the team

 Qualifications and Experience:

Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design Intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

Skills:

Good interpersonal and communication skills  High degree of accuracy  High attention to detail  Good planning and organising skills and be able to prioritise  Time Management is key Reliable and hard working  Able to work under pressure to meet regular deadlines  Enjoys working in a team

 Behaviours:

Ability to source and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment High level of commitment and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Have a high degree of decision-making ability and be service orientated Agility and team player mind-set a must
