Role accountabilities:

Feasibility studies, preliminary, final and executive design of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for civil and industrial buildings Sizing of air-conditioning, water, wastewater, and fire-fighting systems and infrastructure networks Project development in BIM on REVIT software Knowledge of technical legislation for ventilation systems (UNI and ASHRAE), plumbing and drainage, and energy consumption containment (Lombardy Region and national areas) Knowledge of UNI and NFPA standards for sprinkler systems Coordination and organization of tasks and responsibilities of any external suppliers Current use of Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point) for systems sizing, drafting technical reports and project specifications Drafting Legge 10 report and energy certification with calculation software Methodical control of project progress and quality of deliverables Specialized construction management and mechanical systems start-up support Relationship management with principals and architects as part of integrated design Support in due diligence activities and technical appraisals Energy modeling using calculation software
 

Qualifications & Experience:

A Master's degree in Mechanical, Construction or Civil Engineering; An excellent level of English (B2/C1); At least 5-7 years of experience in similar roles including design and coordination of work teams; An advanced level in the use of Software such as Autocad, Revit A thorough knowledge of BIM methodology A propensity for communication and coordination Flexibility Plus: Experience in sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM, WELL) and related implications in facility design
