**Responsibilities** **Mental Health Therapist -** **Mercy Council Bluffs Psych Associates** **$2,500 sign bonus** **Uncapped productivity bonuses** + Extensive training and orientation program + Collaborates with Emergency Department team to provide mental health and substance abuse support and interventions for our patients + Assists with mental health and substance abuse patient triage and level of care determinations + Assists patients with mental health and substance abuse system navigation **Qualifications** **Experience** Prefer three years of post license experience in a mental health/addiction recovery or related field. Certification and experience with multi-occurring disorders a plus. **Education/Licensure** Minimum of a Masters degree from an accredited educational institution in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing or other related behavioral health field is required.
