Mental Health Professional - Service Lead

Fraser is looking for a Mental Health Professional service lead (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW) to support our Adolescent Day Treatment program. In this unique position at Fraser, the caseload will include supervising day treatment services for adolescent-aged clients, as well as carry an outpatient caseload providing individual and family therapy.

Requirements:

Current licensure from the State of Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) required MA, MS, Psy.D, or Ph.D. in a mental health field required. Experience working with children; previous experience providing day treatment services highly preferred Ability to pass DHS background check and maintain in good standing Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice

Responsibilities:  

Participate diagnostic assessment, outpatient and treatment planning for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns. Provide day treatment coverage as needed. Direct daily activities in the assigned program(s), which may include day treatment services, individual therapy, group therapy, group routines and activities, crisis intervention, care coordination services, home visits and parent contact as assigned. Oversee the organization in assigned program areas including collaboration with staff, indirect consultation to relevant non-Fraser staff, maintaining client referral information, and overseeing therapeutic environment of clinical services. Provide task supervision, leadership, and support to staff as assigned. Travel between collaborative sites to provide onsite support to staff at assigned sites.

Schedule & Pay:

Full time, Monday- Friday during standard business hours Annual salary starting at $81,000-$84,000 depending on qualifications
