Member Service Representative
**Overview** BroadPath is immediately **After-Hours Support Agents** to work from home! Our **After Hours Support Agent** will be responsible for answering inbound calls from caregivers and clients to assist with basic application requests and/or troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, fluent in English, problem-solving abilities and be committed to delivering excellent customer satisfaction on every call. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for taking inbound calls from Help at Home employees, mainly caregivers. + Receive the call in Zendesk and document required details as required. + Assist with password resets, mobile application issues, mobile application navigation, and clocking in/out for payroll. + Assist with basic technical troubleshooting, such as rebooting mobile devices/mobile app, clearing cache/cookies as needed. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1 year of customer service, call center, healthcare experience + Proficiency in using customer support software and basic computer applications. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. + Positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist + Must be residing in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan + Wired Internet Speed Requirement: 25mbps download | 10mbps upload + Preferably open to Filipino applicants only **Technical in nature:** + Tech savvy + Adaptability + Can type/talk at same time. **Speed Test Disclaimer:** + Please note that all **Internet Speed Tests** are monitored and will be verified.
