Member Risk Adjustment Coordinator II

This position is remote with some in-office attendance throughout the year for team building activities**** **Position Purpose:** With the Carolina Complete Health Compliance team, you will work with Corporate Shared Services on Risk Adjustment related projects for Chart Retrieval, Research of member, provider, and claims data. + Collaboration with vendors, Provider Relations team at CCHN, other internal and external stakeholders + Outbound calls to providers for information and chart retrieval participation + Data analysis and reporting metrics + Assist with providing updated member and provider information to vendors. + Resolves outstanding vendor pending request within a timely manner. + Assist with resolving technical issues related to data reporting issues. + Assist with ad hoc requests. **Education/Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of customer service or medical office experience. Experience with medical record retrieval systems preferred. Billing or coding experience preferred. Intermediate Excel skills preferred. Critical thinking skills needed. **Preferred Skills:** Detailed oriented, healthcare is helpful, MS Office skills, basic computer skills, excellent communication, team oriented, motivated and self-starter. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
