Quality clinical laboratory testing is evidenced by performing the correct test, on the right person, at the right time, producing accurate test results, with the best outcome, in the most cost-effective manner. Qualifications: Required: + BA/BS Degree in Medical Technology and /or related science + 2 to 3 years clinical laboratory experience Preferred: + National certification preferable. Scheduling Requirements: + Per Diem Essential Functions: + Medical Technologist is responsible for pre-Analytical, Analytical, and Post-Analytical workflow processes in Blood Bank, Chemistry, UA, and Hematology Department, + Performs daily QC , troubleshooting, and communicating with caregivers for critical results, + In addition, adherence to policy and procedures and perform other duties under the direction of the departmental supervisor, Choosing RWJBarnabas Health!
