The role you’ll contribute:

All Essential functions must be performed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with qualified

•Prepares committee roster for distribution, sends memos to newly appointed chairs, committee member, and notifies all

department chief and committee chairs regarding annual orientation meeting.

•Utilizes and learning to navigate the online Morrisey credentialing program.

•Responsible for scheduling orientation and Cerner training for all new Providers.

•Maintains Physician out of Town Schedule

•Coordinate's physician Roster/ER Back-up Call Schedule

•Assist with meeting notification, meeting set up and attends meetings as designated

•Assist in FPPE and OPPE process and scan to Provider document.

•Credentialing/Completion of requirement packet of Advanced Health Practitioner Students for their observation

rotation.

•Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High School Grad or Equiv and 2 years experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:

•Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent

•Two (2 years) secretarial/Administrative experience

PREFERRED:

•Five (5) years medical staff services experience including responsibility for all facets of the position, i.e.,

Credentialing, accreditation, bylaws, division support, organization, procedural functioning.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION:

REQUIRED:

•N/A

PREFERRED:

•CPCS Certification Preferred
