Job Title: Medical Transcriptionist Job Description: We are looking for a Medical Transcriptionist to transcribe medical documents from recorded messages. ED experience is preferred. Responsibilities: + Transcribe medical documents accurately. + Provide online copies for review and signature. + Ensure proper grammar and familiarity with medical jargon. + Prepare administrative reports. + Operate transcription equipment and software. + Maintain patient confidentiality. + Review documents for quality assurance. + Enter data into EHR systems. Skills: + Data extraction + Record keeping + Patient care + Transcription + Medical terminology Qualifications: + Fast and accurate typing + Excellent grammar and computer skills + Ability to work independently + High school diploma or equivalent + 2+ years of transcription experience + Experience with Cerner Millennium is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
