Job Summary The Medical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for obtaining or receiving specimens, performing clinical laboratory tests by standardized procedures, understanding method principles, performing quality control, performing preventive maintenance, and interpreting results accurately, acceptably and within critical limits. The MLS works independently, organizing work to meet established deadlines and validates all data obtained. Full Time Day shift, hours are 7:00am-3:30pm, with Every fourth weekend and rotating holidays required. #PHX #LI-AH1 Qualifications Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science ? OR ? Bachelor's in some other field of study AND completion of a Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science program ? OR ? MT-HEW certification will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role. Experience Prefer 2yrs experience, generalist with blood bank experience preferred.
