We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in CDMX, Torre Mayor. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an operations and services specialist, you will manage a new account in Health insurances, focusing on operational functions and customer service. You will be responsible for assisting insured clients with policy usage, advising on reimbursement documents, and managing data entries related to client accounts.
We will count on you to:
Handle operational functions and customer service for Health and Life accounts, ensuring effective communication with insured clients.Provide guidance on policy usage and assist clients with reimbursement documentation.Manage account updates, including new enrollments and terminations, while recognizing client tenures.Conduct database cross-referencing to maintain accurate client information.What you need to have:
A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the Health and Life insurance sector.Bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant field or associate (law degrees are not accepted).Proficiency in SGMM and life insurance processes, as well as Excel for database management.What makes you stand out:
