As a Specialist, Medical Education Grants, you will be responsible for the grant application and reporting processes from grant receipt and review to decision. We are expected to collaborate closely with internal collaborators, educational providers, and Alliance colleagues. Within Medical Education, we serve as an important liaison between Regeneron and the scientific and healthcare community by supporting unbranded and independent education on clinical advances.
This position will require you to be onsite a minimum of 3 days/week at our Sleepy Hollow, NY office. A fully remote option is not available for this position.
A typical day may include the following:
Process IME grants submitted through a REGN funding portal according to current best practices
Confidently and creatively troubleshoot any issues, using a combination of independent internal research, peer support, and supervisor guidance
Collaborate on and secure appropriate documentation for the receipt, review, decision, payment, and tracking of IME grants
Foster and maintain compliant partnerships with grant applicants
Serve as a resource for questions on the grant application process and grant portals
Coordinate sharing of relevant information for communications/reports to stakeholders, with guidance from senior team members as needed.

To be considered a Bachelor’s degree required with an advanced degree being preferred. Your experience should include 3 + years’ experience with a medical education/communications/agency and/or pharmaceutical setting.
Knowledge of compliance guidelines that impact independent medical education grants and continuing medical education programs is required. (i.e., PhRMA guidelines, OIG, AMA, ACCME, Sunshine Act)
Experience in the systems and processes involved in grant routing, management, and payment (EFMS, Zycus, Qliksense, Excel, PPT)
