One California (https://youtu.be/RrPuiSnALJY?si=pvQgPZ6ZWZM60TPV) **Responsibilities** Our Medical Assistant under the direction of Physician prepares patients for examination and assists with examinations and minor office surgeries. **Qualifications** Minimum: + High School diploma or GED + Certification of a Medical Assistant program + Current American Heart Association BLS + Demonstrates skills in taking vital signs and height and weight measurements + Knowledge of sterile technique and handling of infectious waste Ability to work as a team and communicate well and interact appropriately with others + Able to work in spite of frequent interruptions + High level of concentration and attention to detail Preferred: + Additional EMT or equivalent experience **Pay Range** $23.11 - $25.88 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
