Job Description
Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients in a pediatric neurology office. This role involves updating patient information, assisting with a daily patient load of approximately 25 patients shared between two medical assistants, and handling heavy documentation responsibilities.

The position supports two offices. The primary location is in the person office at 315 E. Northfield Road, Floor 1, NJ, with twice weekly visits to Building B, Warren, NJ. The office may move to Florham Park in the future. The shift is Monday to Friday, with specific hours: Monday 9-7, Tuesday 9-6, Wednesday 9-7, Thursday 9-5, and Friday 9-2. The candidate must be flexible to stay until the last patient is seen. The work involves handling pediatric patients with conditions such as ADHD, migraines, autism, and nerve issues. The office environment is small and collaborative, with opportunities for independent work and long-term employment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
