General: This role is an independent contractor role and the successful candidate will be required to work according to Global working hours depending on various Time zones 

Qualification and requirements:
Diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or certification in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred. CRM systems Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus. Previous experience in a healthcare setting, such as a medical receptionist or assistant, is preferred. Experience in customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Proven experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Problem-solving abilities with strong critical thinking skills. Empathy, patience, and the ability to interact compassionately with patients. Adaptability to new technologies and changing processes. Certification as a medical administrative assistant or in medical scheduling is advantageous. Experience with insurance verification is preferred but not mandatory. RESPONSIBILITIES
