**Overview**
Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Search Analyst who led digital campaigns for the assigned advertisers (billing support, setup, keywords management, monitoring, optimization, and reporting) for multiple Search platforms such as Google ads, Bing ads, SA360, Apple, and Amazon search among others.
The ideal candidate has independence and focus on quality and is eager to grow together with more than 5.000 employees of Publicis Global Delivery in the world. If you are passionate about digital transformation, cross-team communication, and the digital ecosystem.
**Responsibilities**
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Set up search campaigns, within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelines.
+ Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies.
+ Monitoring the health of your campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives.
+ Ensuring the quality of deliverables and campaign set up within the search media platforms.
+ Proactively makes suggestions and troubleshoots issues.
+ Maintain daily communication with the client’s campaign managers.
+ Report any issues that can spark within the operation promptly.
+ Deliver recommendations, execution & analysis of beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies, and vendors.
+ Assist in Search and Digital media training sessions and complete the required certification and updates.
+ Connect daily with the global account team over email, IM, and/or video conference as necessary to ensure flawless execution of deliverables.
+ Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to clients, formulating campaign strategy, researching keywords, creating structures & potential marketing channels, analyzing competitors, and testing.
+ Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group.
+ Keep abreast of industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing sources.
+ Generate powerful insights that add value to campaign performance and focus on better results.
**Qualifications**
**LANGUAGE LEVEL:** B2: Upper Intermediate. (Excluyente)
**EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field.
**YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:** 1 - 2 years of experience.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Intermediate search media campaign management/optimization knowledge.
+ Good Communication skills.
+ Result oriented skills.
+ Attention to details skills.
+ Analytical skills.
+ Technical savvy and specifically skilled in any digital vertical.
+ Strong knowledge of at least one search media platform while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape (Google ads, Bing ads, SA360 and other Paid Search Platforms such as Apple and Amazon).
+ Intermediate Excel Knowledge.
**GOOD TO HAVE:**
+ Strong knowledge in one of the following fields:
+ Media planning
+ Media Buying
+ KWs strategy
+ Paid Search tools: Google/Bing Editor
+ Ad Serving Tools: GCM, Sizmek.
+ Bidding Management Tools: Marin, Kenshoo, 4C.
+ Verification Tools: IAS - MOAT.
