Work you'll do
As a Media Production Specialist, you will be part of a fast-paced communications team that will plan, develop, and produce communications products for external and internal audiences. The Media Production Specialist will:
+ Support production of written, photographic, video, and audio communications products
+ Support development of materials for diverse public consumption using digital and traditional media formats

Our team supports a Defense client's senior leaders and its subordinate component organizations in Hawaii. Our team works directly with Defense leaders to provide solutions to enhance mission and operational readiness through planning and successful project management. Our work has high visibility where you will have an opportunity to interact with senior leaders and have a direct and measurable impact on the mission.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, creative, or similar field of study
+ 3+ years of experience producing written, photographic, video, and audio communications products
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Active Top Secret Security Clearance
+ Ability to be onsite 100% of the time in Honolulu, Hawaii; This is an on-site role. Travelers are not accepted for this position.
+ Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve (travel not expected for this role).
Preferred:
+ 5+ years of experience producing written, photographic, video, and audio communications products
+ Government Consulting Experience
+ Proficiency in digital media, production and editing, and visual design
+ Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication/interpersonal skills
+ Knowledge of DoD and National Security Council (NSC) public affairs guidance and strong familiarity with global professional media and broadcast standards
+ Proven expertise in digital media development, design, and delivery, including video production and post-production
+ Experience developing successful multimedia campaigns
+ Experience working in global media settings

This compensation range is specific to Hawaii and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500.
