The Channel Strategy and Operations (CSO) team at LinkedIn is a central function within LinkedIn’s marketing department, working horizontally across all lines of business globally. We sit within the larger Growth, Performance, and Operations (GPO) org, and are responsible for a large Paid Media budget. The team is responsible for developing strategies, content, and partnerships that enable us to drive both short and long term value for the business. In this role, you will oversee relationships and joint accountabilities with our largest paid media partners. You will be responsible for content development as part of strategic partnerships, leveraging partners' intellectual property to create comprehensive 360 content marketing programs activated across LinkedIn's business units. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media partnerships and/or content marketing, with a strong background in relationship management, project management, and performance and brand paid media. They will have experience and comfortability with several forms of marketing measurement. Experience with creators and influencers is a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support and maintain strategic partnerships by executing and operationalizing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), managing monthly partnership meetings, and overseeing related tasks to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment. + Project management and execution of 360-degree content campaigns, working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure timely execution, effective distribution, creative excellence, and comprehensive campaign reporting. + Exhibit strong relationship management and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. + Proficiency in various marketing measurement techniques. + Demonstrate a robust understanding of paid media and content marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, including digital, social, podcasts, YouTube, CTV, and more, to drive impactful and innovative marketing strategies. + Track campaign goals and strategic partnership objectives, ensure compliance with partnership agreements, and provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management. + Support the execution and planning of the annual Pitch Day event. **Basic Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in paid media, with experience in partnerships or content marketing. + Background in relationship and project management. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. **Preferred Qualifications** + Ability to think strategically and make recommendations, with strong consumer judgment. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority. + A track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships. + Superior organization and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt plans through change. + Experience managing agency relationships across creative and media. + Hungry to learn, problem-solve, and make an impact on the business. + Experience with creators and influencers is a plus. **Suggested Skills:** + Analytical + Brand or Integrated Marketing + Creator Marketing + Stakeholder Management + Project Management LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $97,000-151,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
