What You’ll Be Doing:
Supplyframe, a Siemens company, is an innovative and rapidly growing leader in the electronics component industry. We are seeking a highly experienced Media Operations Supervisor to lead our Media Operations Team (consisting of 4 direct reports) and be responsible for the performance and operations of our advertising campaigns. The purpose of this team is to execute and optimize the delivery of digital advertising solutions to help advertisers reach engineering and procurement audiences for our network of owned and partner websites globally.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Strategize and implement appropriate go-to-market playbooks according to our ad-tech landscape. Enable teams through market-relevant training, product releases reporting and benchmarking for all products sold.
Partner effectively with internal and external teams at all levels from executive, development, sales, customer support to creative teams in an effort to increase customer satisfaction, retention and expand our digital footprint.
Through extensive use and thorough understanding of internal and external tools, execute advertising orders on a global scale and oversee click-activity, relevancy issues and delivery schedules.
Monitor ad performance to identify opportunities and draw attention to areas for improvement; influence development of tools to track, measure and optimize campaign performance and operations.
In collaboration with our Customer Success Manager (CSM) Team and Media DSI Experts, build overall best practice documentation and account specific execution profiles to ensure end-to-end development and execution of campaigns.
Manage process flow for advertising operations to ensure optimal execution while maintaining standards of operation; create and govern operational process documentation and lead ongoing training efforts on new product operations.
Work with various technical teams from Analytics, Media Technical Operations to DSI Experts to refine operation workflows to release new products and features, monitor product adoption and remove obstacles impacting campaign performance.
Proactively analyze customer needs and suggest operational solutions to help achieve customer goals.
Who/What We Are Looking For:
A bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of management experience working within a service-oriented organization either in customer success or sales support role — ad/media operations experience or agency.
Experience in the electronic component industry and/or familiarity of electronic device evaluation and selection process or understanding of procurement and buying process is preferred.
Experience with advertising implementation and campaign execution on ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, OpenX or Sizmek; experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash, and rich media.
You’re a data-driven problem solver who is fluent in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL experience is a plus); experience with front end data visualization software such as Tableau is a plus. Eye for visual aesthetics and creativity is a plus.
You have a proven track record of successfully leading teams by fostering open communication and proactively addressing challenges to cultivate a positive working environment. In addition, you can confidently and comfortably set clear goals, expectations and provide direction in order to optimize team efficiency; drive individual employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback; identify and address conflicts to find resolution.
Accustomed to and thrive in a complex, fast-moving environment working with various teams across multiple projects and workstreams to deliver on business and customer goals.
You’re eager to dive into difficult problems (sometimes without a playbook), diagnose root causes and devise an action plan.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
