Overview About APEX Exchange: APEX Exchange is an innovative and disruptive investment solution designed to create unique opportunities that deliver tangible business benefits for Publicis Media Clients. In Asia Pacific specifically, Singapore is one of four APEX hubs, alongside China, Australia, and India. Description: As the Media Executive you will be required to support the activation team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all operational functions within the Singapore APEX team. This will include campaign reporting, processing insertion orders, campaign reconciliation, billing support and general administration of campaign delivery for all Singapore APEX activity. We are looking for someone who is keen to launch a career in the media industry; you must be curious, hardworking, and have a good eye for detail and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, analyze, and deliver regular campaign performance reports to internal teams and clients. Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting across platforms and dashboards. Monitor campaign pacing and performance to ensure alignment with KPIs and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to extract insights and identify opportunities for optimization. Act as a liaison between internal teams (planning, finance, trading) and external vendors to ensure smooth operations. Maintain comprehensive records of campaign details, ensuring all documentation is up to date. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in billing and liaise with relevant stakeholders to provide solutions. Provide support for ad hoc requests related to reporting, activation, or billing issues; maintaining reporting templates and documentation to ensure standardized and efficient workflows. Qualifications A Bachelors Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or business as preferred fields. 1-2 years of experience in a media, advertising, or finance-related role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply). Process driven. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Be proficient in the use of Powerpoint. Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Be confident working with numbers and analyzing data. Highly organized and capable of working independently as well as operating as part of a team. Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Timely and clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Displays a willingness to learn emerging platforms/ technology. This may include technologies such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and X APIs.
