Job Description

Media Team’s Power Hub custodia

Brief in campaigns onto PHLoad MS’s, CE’s, PO’s, IO’s as they arrive from Planners/Strategists into PHDo all approvals to proceed to next stageWork with Ad-Ops traffic team to co-ordinate all stages and ensure POL’s are shared on time – SLA is 2 daysRequest updated MS’s from planners when campaign start/end dates change, chase for MS to be changed to actuals This requires that C-O is copied on all briefs and 3rd Party IO’sBilling Team to send PO’s only to C-OPlanners to send approved MS & CE to C-O.CM’s to load POL as is the current process

Quality-Check all MS’s  

Must contain all the correct informationCheck formulas are correct and correct numbers are carried over the CEMS’s must be amended when campaign dates are changed and must be updated with actuals and underspends highlighted – then planner to communicate this to NGM and next step requirement.Assist the team with finance issues and queries from Billing team – chase 3rd Party invoices etcGet Nexus number from buyers.Request 3rd Party data for reportingWork with planners/strategists to ensure that all MS’s/strategies etc are loaded in the correct place. Organize the folders so everyone knows where to find stuff when planners/strategists are on leave or resign.
