We are always just down the road and have offered services for decades. **Benefits** While you’re busy impacting the healthcare industry, we’ll take care of you with benefits that include health/dental/vision, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, **$20,000 sign-on incentive, relocation assistance** and more! **Responsibilities** + Except to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift + Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation + Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging. + Performs and documents assessments as stated on Patient Care Plan and/or as patient condition requires, i.e. admission system assessment, vital signs, intake and output, ADLs, etc. + Identifies discharge planning/education needs as early as possible upon admission, documents and plans in order to meet those needs. + Completes all documentation according to standard operating procedures. + Performs personal cares according to standard operating procedure. + Collects and accurately charges for all patient care items and/or services. Charge sheet is completed at the end of each shift. Assesses, identifies and communicates unit staffing needs for current and oncoming shifts and assigns admissions and/or transfers based on patient acuity level, nurse/patient ratio, and nursing skill levels. **Qualifications** + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state of North Dakota. + Graduate of an accredited nursing program. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certified through American Heart Association (AHA) required. **Preferred:** + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). + ACLS and PALS from American Heart Association recommended. **Pay Range** $32.08 - $46.51 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
