Your mission:Supervise all aspects of the team’s health, safety, environmental and quality requirementsEnsure cost effective team operations by allocating resources, prioritizing work and maximizing plant availabilityFoster and maintain customer and supplier relationsImplement team KPI’s that are aligned to the departmental plan   Technical team support in shared maintenance activitiesAllocate team resources to areas where required to ensure optimum availability and efficiency of equipmentDeliver weekly and monthly maintenance team reportsEffective team supervision of the CMS workshop teamYour profile:Matric plus N4 (Supervisory Management).Mechanical Trade Certificate.National Diploma (Pulp & Paper) advantageous.5 years’ experience in a heavy industry environment.1 – 2 Years leadership experience would be advantageous.Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry and relevant equipment advantageous.Our offer:7 Western Arterial, Alton, Richards Bay, 3900.Duration: Permanent.
