We are looking for Mechanical Project Manager with Waste Wastewater Treatment experience to join our team for a project based in Cartersville, GA.
This is initially a 6-month project with the potential to extend beyond or transition to another project at completion.

This position is open to accept travelling resources with solid mobilization/de-mobilization funds and monthly per diem allowed.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITY:
+ The Mechanical Project Manager (PM) will play a critical role in overseeing the construction, installation, and integration of water treatment systems across multiple facilities, including Ultra-Pure Water (UPW), Softened Water, and Wastewater Treatment. We understand the scope of services may include for example, but not be limited to, the following.
+ Construction Management:
+ Manage the construction and integration of water treatment systems across facilities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
+ Supervise all aspects of the Water Treatment Facilities, including associated piping, tanks, pumps, and control systems.
+ Schedule and Progress Management:
+ Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for all water treatment systems, ensuring completion aligns with the established timeline.
+ Monitor construction progress, proactively identifying potential delays and implementing mitigation strategies.
+ Stakeholder Coordination:
+ Collaborate with contractors (e.g., Gray) and design engineers (e.g., Stantec) to resolve design issues and ensure effective construction solutions.
+ Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress and address any concerns.
+ System Integration:
+ Oversee water supply and wastewater transfer lines, ensuring seamless integration between facilities.
+ Manage the operation of associated pumps, valves, and control systems to optimize performance.
+ Issue Resolution & Reporting:
+ Identify construction bottlenecks and propose corrective actions to keep the project on track.
+ Provide timely updates to management, supporting informed decision-making processes.
