You’ll deliver the goods by:

Respond to breakdowns in a timely manner Participate in world class preventative maintenance programs during maintenance days Proactively seek opportunities to improve machinery and equipment performance Provide support to our operators to function effectively as a team

What you are bring:

Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter FMCG/food manufacturing is ideal but not essential Continuous Improvement experience – we use TPM (not essential) Innovative and solution focused
