Description:
Hire Resolve’s client, is currently seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join their mining company based in Gauteng. As a Mechanical Fitter in the mining industry, you will play a critical role in keeping mining equipment and machinery running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mining equipment and machinery Diagnose mechanical problems and develop effective solutions Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe and efficient mining operations Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices

Requirements:

Grade 12 Fitter Trade Test Certificate 5 years’ experience (Post-Apprentice) as a fitter in the mining industry. Extensive experience in processing plants. Gold experience will be advantageous.
