**Key Targets of the Role**
The successful candidate will be immersed in a 24-month program designed to provide exposure, training, and hands-on experience in all aspects of the aggregates and concrete business including production, sales, maintenance, supervision, quality control and logistics.
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Participate fully and actively in all assigned development activities
+ Apply knowledge and work collaboratively on various team projects related to training and development
+ Support the aggregate and concrete division in achieving production goals through partnering with experienced professionals and managers in different departments (safety, operations, human resources, environment, maintenance, quality control)
+ Participate in daily and weekly production and maintenance meetings
+ Learn basic supervisory skills by working side by side with experienced supervisors
+ Responsible for reporting and tracking key performance indicators
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Post-secondary education with solid academic achievement in engineering, operations, manufacturing or a related field
+ Must have a strong desire to work in a mining and Ready-mix manufacturing environment. Prior Ready Mix or mining experience is a plus
+ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to be a self-starter and take initiative
+ Ability to adapt to change and respond well under pressure
+ Solid interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Ideal candidate will have a strong desire to move into progressively more responsible roles and can relocate if required
