Review and offer improvements to specifications, scopes, and processes. Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. • Engineering Documents: Create and review engineering drawings and material specifications, while overseeing parts procurement. Catalog, maintain, and protect current technical documents. • Mechanical Design and Validation: Conduct mechanical design work and validate to ensure compliance with industry standards. • Technical Support: Provide Technical support for specialized and complex projects. • Production and Vendors: Partner with production teams and vendors to ensure proper techniques and processes. Qualify new vendors. • Technical Reports: Prepare and submit technical reports detailing conditions, recommendations, & creative solutions. • Shop and Tooling Improvements: Identify and implement enhancements to shop processes and tooling.
