In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Analysis of the causes of defects in the manufacturing process and countermeasuresImprovement of manufacturing processes (e.g., by introducing manufacturing unique tools)Design modification associated with the defect countermeasures and improvementsVerification of design changes and preparation of verification reportsModify the manufacturing working instruction, drawings, etc.Responding to technical inquiries and participating in meetings for products jointly produced with overseas sites.Transfer of manufacturing for new productsFeasibility study and implementation to apply automation tools to manufacturing processes

The essential requirements of the job include:

Graduated from a university with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Control EngineeringBachelor’s degree in field with 2+ years exp. Or Master’s degree in field with 0-2 years exp.Proficient in Japanese at a business levelCapable of everyday conversational EnglishSkilled in 3D CAD (Solidworks)
