Job Description

The Mechanical Data Centre team is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Mechanical  BIM (Revit) Modeller / manager for immediate employment in the Aldgate / St Albans / Manchester / Cardiff office.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have proven experience, working on the digital delivery of building projects including documentation and data deliverables, an understanding of Mechanical engineering technology, REVIT, and is familiar with the Mechanical design of Data Centres. The successful candidate will have a high level of initiative, motivation, and displays drive, energy and enthusiasm for getting things done. Your proficiency in using Revit, BIM360 and other digital tools to deliver detailed design documentation coupled with your experience in working successfully across multidisciplinary teams. Our Data Centre team are active across the UK&I and the EMEA region.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

CAD operating and designing for Mechanical systems using Revit, and AutoCADEnsuring overall data quality and integrity of REVIT models.Preparing Mechanical and PHE design drawingsPreparing documentation for design projects and reportsUndertaking quality control proceduresWorking within a team environment and being able to communicate effectively with other project team members and customersAssuring that engineering related issues are promptly relayed to the Project Manager for action, and supporting timeliness of resolution effort

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must have no less than:

College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or other relevant field of study.

Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications :

Relevant experience using Revit and AutoCAD (version 2010 or later) and 3D capable.Excellent attention to detailPossess excellent written and communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients
