**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** Candidate will perform mechanical assemblies to build lawn care equipment such as aerators, blowers, and various other products used on golf courses. The role involves using hand and power tools including power drills, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, and various basic hand tools for assembly while working off blueprints. Assemblies can range from sub-assemblies completed independently to full assemblies in two-person teams. Depending on the assembly department, the candidate may complete up to 15 units daily or 1 unit every 2-3 days. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical assemblies to build lawn care equipment. + Use hand and power tools such as power drills, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, and various basic hand tools. + Interpret and work off blueprints. + Complete full assembly of products from start to finish, either independently or in teams of two. + Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. **Essential Skills** + Hand and power tool experience (6+ months) + 1+ year of hands-on mechanical assembly experience + Ability to interpret blueprints + Excellent attendance (no more than 1 day missed per month) + Good attitude and effort **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferably people who like to work on their cars or have experience as a lube/auto tech (work/hobby) **Why Work Here?** They offer excellent benefits, PTO, and a health app that provides video/chat access to therapists and primary care at no cost. Employees have room to work and may complete assemblies alone or with a partner. The first shift runs from 6 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday, with optional partial-day work on Fridays. The supervisor is mellow, but the owner expects employees to stay focused on work and minimize cell phone use on the floor. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BLAINE, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
